Morning Movement
5 days/wk (M, T, Th, F, Su) • 8–9 a.m.
A morning warmup is widely acknowledged to be one of the best things you can do to maintain a healthy, injury-free body long into life.
Start your day with us going through a free movement mobility routine that lubricates your joints and prepares your body for moving throughout the day. This is not a set routine. There are, however, experienced members who can help guide you if you’d like a little extra support.
Begin your morning feeling happy and able to take on what the day brings with ease and grace.
Noon
Lunch Club
Tues–Sun • 12–4 p.m.
Take a lunchtime break from business and meet up with like-minded people who value health and wellbeing. Having a group of friendly lunch pals is a great thing and can really make your whole day.
It’s like meeting at the water cooler but longer, in a nicer environment and without getting in trouble.
Our lunch club is a peaceful, homey, comfortable environment — like having your own living room filled with friends.
& Night
Evening Hangouts
1st & 3rd Sat • 6–8 p.m.
When you’re not sure how to spend your evening, we’ve got you covered. Come hang with us. Laugh. Relax. Share stories. Let your daytime stresses dissolve.
In colder months, we gather and stay toasty inside. When weather allows, we sometimes venture outside. Besides enjoying each other’s company, hangouts include movie nights, game nights, art and expression nights. It’s all about spending time that promotes health, wellbeing and fun.
